We created a studio chart of gadgets and trends for a bank that wanted to create a dialogue between different age groups within the business. It was fun to see that Compaq was the first “luggable” laptop, at 28 lbs and $4K, in 1983!

A regional meeting of senior leaders to share the key strategies and enablers, beginning with an orchestra tie-in to what it takes to create a great team, and ending with a motivational speech by Lou Holtz!

A fantastic non-profit organization in Washington D.C. needed a visual way to communicate their incredible mission, values and goals. Since it was environmentally based, using the metaphor of a storm seemed apropos.

During a 2-day corporate HR conference, external speaker and London Business School professor Dr. Veronica Hope-Hailey talked about what it took to be a leader in the organization; The chart was created live as she spoke.

The local American Red Cross looked into what it would take to be part of the very first ‘Tour of California,’ modeled after the Tour d’France. The map of the state helped visualize the newly created touring route.

Leadership is often the subject of organizational discussions. This map was created to help depict what qualities an ideal leader would possess, and underneath, what programs the organization had in place to help develop these skills.

Templates have been quite useful in projects where breakout groups go and work on similar information, which they then come back and share with the larger group. These custom templates help compare apples to apples, rather than broccoli to bananas.

Speaker and author Steve Gilliland spoke to a senior leadership group about the key elements in communication and influence as they moved forward to share their vision and business strategies with their segment of the business. Often speakers want a copy of their chart for themselves!
